OUR MISSION
 

To produce well-trained, competent and versatile professionals who can practice all aspects of veterinary medicine in the Caribbean and in the wider world; and to develop a regional centre for diagnosis and research in animal (and human) health and disease control.

Welcome to the School of Veterinary Medicine, UWI

The School of Veterinary Medicine (SVM) is the only one in the English-speaking Caribbean offering a complete DVM programme at a single site. The School is equipped with modern teaching and research laboratories, which facilitates practical training, and research projects.
